Episode 4 - Working Therapeutically with Adoption
Episode Details

In this episode I speak to UKCP registered Psychotherapist Michelle Hyams-Ssekasi, who has been working with children and adults affected by Adoption for many years.

A Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA), Michelle worked for over 30 years in the NSPCC and still offers psychotherapeutic support to Adoptive Children and families throughout the North West.

We discuss intersectionality and diversity in adoption, considerations when working with surrogacy and the latest changes in government policy to widen the access and choice of psychotherapy for Adult Adoptees.
