Have you ever felt “not good enough” as a therapist? Have you ever felt frustrated with a supervisee? Have you ever been worried about what your supervisor might think about your work? These may all be aspects of transference or countertransference.
In this interactive workshop we will explore how transference and countertransference can influence our work as therapists and supervisors from a Transactional Analysis perspective.
We will look at how we can recognise and work with transference and countertransference effectively in order to deepen our work as therapists and supervisors, as well as how transference might show up as a parallel process.
