N.B. You must have completed both the first and second year of training to begin the Third Year.
The focus of the third year of training is on honing clinical skills through applying more complex theory in practice. You will learn about unconscious process (transference and countertransference); refine your skills in working with each Ego State and complete the taught element of the requisite UKCP Mental Health Familiarisation learning outcomes. You will commence your research project subject to ethical approval by the Research Tutor.
To apply for our Advanced Clinical training (if you have not joined earlier years) we ask that you Contact Us with information of your training to date and then, if appropriate, we will schedule an interview to see if it's appropriate to offer you a place on our training programme.
